Sub-processors

To deliver the Service, Ptolemy Technologies Ltd (trading as Servano) uses a small number of third-party processors. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

Static site hosting runs on infrastructure we own and operate in Athens, Greece — it is not a third-party sub-processor.
We notify customers by email at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor of our own choosing.
Our infrastructure provider may in turn change its own sub-processors on shorter notice than that (Hetzner reserves 14 days). Where that happens we cannot create time we do not have: we pass the notice on within three working days of receiving it, and the objection and termination rights apply from the day we notify you.
